Position Summary

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide Systems Analyst support for our program. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work on-site at the government facilities, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed. This position is located in Eglin Air Force Base, FL.


Active TS/SCI Clearance Required:

An active TS/SCI clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary determination at Titanium Cobra Solutions considers various factors, including geographical location, individual educational background, expertise, competencies, and experience level. Additionally, it takes into account contract-specific affordability and organizational necessities. The anticipated salary range for this position falls between $136,000.00 and $150,000.00 annually (USD). Please note that this estimate represents the typical salary range for this role and is just one facet of Titanium Cobra’s comprehensive compensation package for employees.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's Degree

  • 10+ years of experience providing program management services within a program management office.

  • Experience using Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Maintain an active TS/SCI Clearance.

  • Travel locations: San Diego, CA; Eglin AFB, FL, Norfolk, VA; Iwakuni, JA, Sasebo, JA., Washington, DC. and PAX River


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support PMA-281 with CV2 installation and integration of CV2 with ship systems as required to include System Operational Testing (SOTs).

  • Coordinate with PMW-160 for Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) Application Integration (AI) Systems Integration Testing (SIT) or application regression testing with CV2 for LHA, LHD, CVN and shore networks and routing protocols.

  • Support development of the Hosted Application and Connected Systems Implementation Manual (HACSIM), Tactical Local Area Network Encryptor (TACLANE), CANES and Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), and switches.

  • Coordinate NAVWAR / PEO C4I troubleshooting of CV2 connectivity with shipboard networks on LHA, LHD, CVN and shore networks as required. Due to Special Access Program (SAP) access requirements troubleshooting is expected to require travel to EGLIN AFB, Japan, Bremerton, Norfolk and other locations worldwide.

  • Support testing and development of CV2 NAVY enhancements by PMWs 160 and 270 and with PMA-281 and the USAF 692 Combat Operational Squadron (COS) at Eglin AFB to improved CV2 connectivity on USN ship and shore networks. Actions to include, but not limited to, developing a CV2 network architecture optimized for maritime operations and coordinating required Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).

  • Attend CV2 training and technical information meetings (TIMs) at Eglin AFB and Washington Navy Yard, DC.

  • Attend PMA-281 program reviews and training at Washington Navy Yard, DC.

  • Maintain a TS/SCI clearance and obtain CV2 accounts (Special Access Program).

  • Obtain CNET accounts (with appropriate access).

  • Serve as a Navy liaison at the following locations: San Diego, Norfolk, and Eglin AFB.

  • Performer at Eglin to be embedded at the 692nd as a Navy liaison.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous background in FSET/ISEA.

  • Candidate must be an independent operator and can coordinate with Ships Force (S/F), SWRMC, NOC, DISA, etc.
