Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide program management support for our program. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work remote and on-site at the government facilities, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

An active Secret clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary determination at Titanium Cobra Solutions considers various factors, including geographical location, individual educational background, expertise, competencies, and experience level. Additionally, it takes into account contract-specific affordability and organizational necessities. The anticipated salary range for this position falls between $120,000.00 and $135,000.00 annually (USD). Please note that this estimate represents the typical salary range for this role and is just one facet of Titanium Cobra’s comprehensive compensation package for employees.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's Degree

  • At least ten years of experience providing program management services within a program management office.

  • Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to maintain an active security clearance.

  • Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Microsoft Power BI and Project Online experience.

  • Experience preparing and delivering communication (e.g. briefings, e-mails, and memos) to Senior Program Managers or Flag Level Leaders

  • Experience supporting senior government executives (i.e. Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and/or Senior Executive Service Member)

  • Specialized project management experience supporting NAVWAR and/or PEO C4I

  • Project management support experience delivering C4I Capabilities to US Navy and United States Coast Guard New Construction Platforms.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Executive Assistant to Program Managers (PMs) and Deputy Program Managers (DPMs)

  • Experience in planning, organizing and leading tasks and projects for a Navy Program Office

  • Serve as administrative management support responsible for assisting the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in developing, establishing, and implementing administrative, contractual, financial, and technical processes of a project/program

  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

  • Provide program management support for PMW 760 resulting in the successful accomplishment of mission requirements to systems in the development phase.

  • Develop, analyze, modify, and update databases and spreadsheets to support program requirements. This requirement includes conducting data entry, problem resolution, use of formulas and other data/statistical analysis tools such as graphs, pivot charts, and custom reports.

  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

  • Support cross-organizational communication across Platform Integration PMWs, Product PMWs, NIWC partners, NAVWAR Competencies, and other industry partners.

  • Provide technical support for C4I system integration efforts such as design, production, integration, configuration control, and testing activities of systems in the development phase.
