Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide financial analysis support for our program. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work on-site at the government facilities, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed.
Location: This position is located on-site Monday-Friday at the Governments Client's site at the Washington Navy Yard
Minimum Requirements:
A) a high school degree, or a GED, and twenty (20) years of relevant experience in financial support or related functional area, OR B) a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in financial support or related functional area, OR C) a master's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience in financial support or related functional area.
Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Experience with SharePoint, Dashboards
Extensive reporting experience using spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint Acumen.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred experience includes:
Performs financial planning and modeling.
Manages financial analysis projects and statistical studies.
Provides key financial analysis and management reporting by managing various monthly reporting processes.
Provides guidance on investment and project decisions.
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Works with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP), and the Program Budget Information System (PBIS).
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide support related to administration and management of Navy ERP within the program.
Developing recommended draft policies/instructions/guidance/training for the implementation of Navy ERP.
Advising on approaches and assisting in implementing approaches to integrate and align the Technical Authority and the Engineering Competency workforce-related processes/procedures with workforce related modules/products/processes within Navy ERP.
Assisting in the integration of the program office into the ERP Enterprise Cost Management Framework to support Workload Demand Forecasting and Definitized Tasking requirements.
Supporting the development of Navy ERP technical guidance for the Fiscal Year Task Planning Process. Advising technical requirements to integrate Execution Year Planning in Navy ERP.
Support efforts of personnel performing the audit/report on Execution Year Planning conformance with NAVSEA Definitized Tasking Requirements.
Providing analyses and recommendations on Reporting Requirements from Navy ERP and legacy systems to support Financial, Programmatic, Workforce and Workload.
Providing administrative and programmatic support to the PFO and ERP Site Integration Lead.
Provide administrative and technical support for all aspects of Navy ERP use.
Develop ERP roadmaps for changes in ERP and assist with their implementation and execution and identify and report expected impacts.
Provide recommendations with analysis, impact statements, risk assessments, and mitigations for each such tactical plan.
Troubleshoot Navy ERP transactional issues for system users.
Supporting maintenance and sustainment of Navy ERP policies, management guidance, and business rules.
Supporting development and generation of process leading indicators/metrics to measure business operations using Navy ERP capabilities.
Provide management and technical support necessary to assist in planning, operation, and maintenance Navy ERP including: ERP account management, ERP role mapping assignment and tracking, and ERP training planning and coordination.
Providing Navy ERP administrative user account management support, including establishing new accounts, coordinating account requirements with organization structure and policies, and inputting the data into ERP to suspend or eliminate a user account.
Providing Navy ERP administrative user role mapping and assignment support including defining and coordinating requirements for, and setting up and mapping, appropriate roles in Navy ERP using the Access Enforcement Tool.
Evaluating, tracking, and reporting Navy ERP use to ensure proper role assignments for user accounts.
Providing training coordination, including recommending appropriate web-based and instructor-led training for assigned roles for new Navy ERP user accounts and pushing Web Based Training to user accounts.
Assisting with scheduling and planning for completion of required training and tracking/reporting users' completion of Navy ERP training requirements.
Participating in Navy ERP planning and management meetings and providing program support to the Chief of Staff and PFO.

Salary determination at Titanium Cobra Solutions considers various factors, including geographical location, individual educational background, expertise, competencies, and experience level. Additionally, it takes into account contract-specific affordability and organizational necessities. The anticipated salary range for this position falls between $160,000.00 and $170,000.00 annually (USD). Please note that this estimate represents the typical salary range for this role and is just one facet of Titanium Cobra’s comprehensive compensation package for employees.
