Position Summary
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide logistics management support for our program and internal operations. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work on-site at the corporate office and government client site, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the team as needed.
Location: This position is located on-site at the government client's site and corporate office in San Diego, CA.
Active Clearance Required:
An active clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of experience providing logistics management services within a Navy program management office.
Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possess and maintain an secret security clearance.
Ability to self-start, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
This role is split between supporting government contract logistics support, and assisting corporate back-office logistics operations.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess and maintain an secret security clearance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Contractor Duties:
Track fielded ILS products and GFE to ensure products are delivered in accordance with C4I product providers' POA&Ms and Fielded Checklists.
Review installation schedules in the designated government system.
Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. system commands, system centers, fleet customers, PEOs, etc.) to resolve ILS issues that may impact Surface Ships
Provide guidance related to ILS for the Government.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) such as reviewing and validating ILS Checklists (submitted by C4I system providers) before distributing them to stakeholders outside of PMW 750.
Coordinate ILS management functions for the Government.
Provide comments, questions, and recommendations in ILS meetings such as Logistics Readiness Reviews (LRRs), ILS Management Team (ILSMT) meetings, Program Reviews, and ILS Government Lead teleconferences.
Prepare, update, and maintain logistics documentation such as Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSPs), User Logistics Support Summaries (ULSSs), and ILS certification packages, Logistics.
Requirements Funding Summaries (LRFSs), and other briefs and reports.
Prepare, update, and review SOPs and lessons learned.
Provide comments, questions, and recommendations related to ILS for topics such as supply support, maintenance, training, and ILS certification.
Prepare, update, and maintain logistics documentation such as Program Support Documents (PSD) using designated tools such as the Provisioning Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS) online database.
Manage the logistics database on Government approved systems such as Joint Electronics Type Designation Automated System (JETDAS), Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS), SPAWAR Acquisition Integrated Logistics Online Repository (SAILOR), and Naval System Data Support Activity/Technical Data Management Information System (NSDSA/TDMIS).
Corporate Logistics Support
Maintain and improve internal logistics processes that support corporate operations
Coordinate logistics activities that support multiple programs and shared operational needs
Manage company-wide shipping coordination, logistics vendors, and service providers
Maintain internal asset tracking, inventory controls, and equipment accountability
Coordinate equipment issuance, transfers, and returns in support of program and corporate needs
Support internal warehouse, storage, and material organization activities as applicable
Provide logistics support for proposals, contract start-ups, onboarding, and offboarding activities
Develop and maintain logistics-related procedures, templates, and documentation to support consistent operations across the organization

The anticipated salary range for this position falls between $95,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually (USD).
