It is where program offices talk candidly about where requirements are heading, where small businesses and primes find each other, and where the gap between what the mission needs and what industry is offering gets discussed openly rather than through a solicitation.
Why we show up
Relationships in this business are not built inside a proposal window. They are built over years, through direct engagement, and they require maintenance. For a company that has spent years working inside Navy program offices, staying connected to the acquisition community is not business development activity separate from the work. It is part of how the work gets done well.
Much of our time at Gold Coast was spent reconnecting with West Coast industry partners and listening to how the community is thinking about the challenges ahead. Not pitching. Listening.
