CLOSED - PM SR, Logistic Integrated Information Systems – Marine Corps (LI2S-MC) {Stafford, VA}

Work Location: Stafford VA

Description: The USMC Logistics Integrated Information Systems (LI2S-MC) program office provides development, sustainment, and service desk capabilities to Marine Corps operators. This position provides programmatic support (to include schedule development and sustainment) for the Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), a BCAT 1 program. GCSS-MC has approximately 10 efforts that require IMS/IGS development support. The candidate must also be able to perform program analyst tasks across multiple efforts simultaneously, identify schedule conflicts within and between efforts, and develop options to deconflict.

Required Qualifications:

8 years experience with DoD ACAT programs

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Experience with supporting multiple concurrent engagements and balancing competing demands from multiple government requirement owners

5 years experience with Microsoft Project and with performing schedule analysis and identifying and mitigating potential schedule risks and issues

Ability to plan and manage multiple programs and delivery on tasks, as needed

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences, including client delivery

Ability to pay strict attention to detail, develop quality work products, and conduct continuous learning development

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and communicate progress against key initiatives while accepting feedback

Strong oral and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree

Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with OnePagerPro software

Knowledge of Agile processes

Knowledge of the DoD acquisition system
