Position Summary

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide program management support for our program. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work remote and on-site at the government facilities, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed. This position is located in San Diego, CA.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with prior experience in naval service aviation and shipboard air ship integration experience.

  • 7+ years of experience providing program management services within a program management office.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to maintain an active security clearance.

  • Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.


Active Secret Clearance Required:

An active clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.



Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine MQ-25 operational and implementation requirements.

  • Develop, review, and implement PEO C4I policies and procedures for MQ 25 compatibility.

  • Ensure legacy information PEO C4I system compatibility across all operational, maintenance, intelligence, and command and control functions.

  • Conduct thorough and effective liaison with all required agencies and organizations.

  • Coordinate directly with OPNAV, Naval Air Systems Command, Naval Sea Systems Command, PEO C4I, NIWC PAC/LANT and USN MQ-25squadrons.

  • Meet with appropriate engineers and managers to discuss PEO C4I system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.

  • Lead and manage MQ-25 developmental test processes, procedures, and schedules.

  • Cognizant authority on affordability and MQ-25 system development and procurement costs

  • Maintain awareness of development and operational test costs.

  • Ensure fiscal resources are adequately directed towards meeting USN/USMC concept of operations to include full deployability.

  • Ensure technology is accessible, compatible, and equipped with current hardware and software.

  • Enable interoperability with the Naval Aviation Enterprise legacy infrastructure as required.

  • Maintain awareness of tech. refresh cycles.

  • Be familiar with all hardware, software, and network operating systems.

  • Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.

  • Maintain awareness of current and accurate fielding plan of technology hardware, software, and resources.

  • Ensure ALIS/ODIN and MQ-25 technology is secure and secured in all operating environments.

  • Maintain awareness of permanent and temporary facility requirements.

  • Support the planning and coordination of shipboard facility requirements.

  • Assess the security plan requiring access to SECRET SAR documents.

Relevant Experience:

Examples of support functions include coordinating activities to support the metrics management program, using advanced features in the designated software to perform data and statistical analyses, and translating the data into various channels such as spreadsheets, graphs, and pivot charts.


The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

  • Information systems architecture design

  • USN/USMC information system architecture implementation and future plans

  • Naval aviation enterprise interoperability requirements

  • MQ-25 system concept of employment

  • Computer hardware and software systems and programs

  • Computer networks, network administration and network installation

Other various support functions include the following:

  • Coordinate, prepare, integrate, and modify scheduling activities in accordance with program/project requirements.

  • Develop and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program's and/or project's SMP.

  • Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and “what-if” schedules

  • Provide recommendations for programmatic and scheduling priorities.

  • Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.

  • Prepare and update program and/or project schedules that effectively communicate to stakeholders.

  • Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.

  • Perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, task predecessor/successor networking analyses, and SRAs.

  • Provide technical support for C4I system integration efforts such as design, production, integration, configuration control, and testing activities of systems in the development phase.

  • Modify program documentation in the designated location (e.g., Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC)).

  • Provide risk management support to the Government resulting in the successful accomplishment of mission requirements.
