Position Summary

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide program management support for our program. This position is located in the National Capital Region (Wash DC). Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work remote and on-site at the government facilities, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's Degree

  • 10+ years of experience providing program management services within a program management office (PMO).

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to maintain an active security clearance.

  • Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Active DOD TS Clearance Required:

An active clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


LNO to OPNAV responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be expected to meet weekly at the Pentagon with OPNAV N98 TacMobile ROs to stay abreast of the latest developments with budgets, requirements, and guidance.

  • Facilitate monthly OPNAV Sync meetings between PMW 750 PAPM and APM TacMobile and OPNAV N980M Branch Head and TacMobile ROs

  • Facilitate OPNAV reviews, routing, and signing of updates to the TacMobile APB (currently for TacMobile Inc 2.1).

  • Support development, slide submission, and PMW 750 support for annual OPNAV POM Program Requirement Reviews.

  • Provide acquisition writing support to APM TacMobile and PMW 750 staff on ghost emails, White Papers, MOUs, briefings, etc. as needed.

LNO to AST PO (AAS IPT) responsibilities:

  • Liaises with AAS IPT POC in AST PO on all issues related to AAS-TacMobile Integration (ATI), including accessing PMW 750 personnel into AAS program, annual PSQ updates, program briefings, and coordination with PMW 750 and NIWC LANT.

  • Work closely with AST POCs and NIWC LANT Ops Manager and TIK Lead on a weekly basis to ensure completion of ATI coordination actions.

  • Ensure NIWC LANT TIK installs are in sync with TMAAS delivery schedule and CPRG Rosetta Stone schedule.

  • In coordination with AST POC, drafts agenda, coordinates date and sends invites, builds slides, and facilitates quarterly ATI Leadership Drumbeat between PMW 750 APM, AAS IPT Lead, and CPRG N6. Also supports the same for semi-annual ATI meetings at the working level.

  • Work closely with NIWC LANT to develop annual cost estimates of TIK installs/support to provide to AST PO for their annual CARD.

  • Support drafting and annual reviews of key ATI documents, including the ATI MOA, ATI IPA, TMAAS User's Manual, TOCRON Facilities SOP, and TOCRON Cybersecurity Controls document.

PMW 750 TacMobile Program Office Protection Lead responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains the TacMobile PPP, SCG, TCP, SCRM, Criticality Analysis, and other security related documents for SETR events.

  • Coordinate CPI assessments and works with NAVWAR RTP Office to gain CPI approvals.

  • Work closely with PMA 290 and the NAVWAR Anti-Tamper Technical Warrant Holder while developing Requests for Letters of Concurrence to export TacMobile Fleet Releases (COOP and FMS).

  • Work with PMW 750 International Lead and NIWC LANT SSE to project when the next LOC will be required to release future FRs to FMS and COOP countries (FR 95 will require the next LOC in FY24}.

  • Work closely with PMW 750 and NIWC LANT SSE on all program security issues, including CUI document markings and training, CPI identification and protections, and future Inc 3 CPI and protections.
