We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide Operations Analyst support for the program. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work on-site at the government facilities, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed. This position is located in Washington, D.C.
3+ years of experience providing program management services within a program management office.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain an active security clearance.
Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Active Secret Clearance Required:
An active clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide Operations Analyst support for our team. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work on-site at the government client site, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed.
Provide operational support across Facilities Management, IT Management, and Physical Security tasks as outlined, but not limited to, the following:
Maintain the PEO-EIS Website and portals, following the PEO-EIS and DON processes for release of information.
Verify the processes and policies for sharing information across PEO-EIS are in place.
Portal content management policies, archiving procedures, and sensitive information guidance.
Perform portal transition and/or integration of PEO-EIS assigned programs’ knowledge and information management requirements into the PEO-EIS Portal.
Conduct analysis and develop a plan to manage and implement portal transition and/or integration efforts. Specific activities associated with this support include architectural and hosting analysis, licensing analysis, portal requirements analysis, and data tool and user analysis.
Integrate and/or transition assigned programs into the PEO-EIS portal and other PMOs Portals/SharePoint. Specific activities include architectural and hosting implementation, license reconciliation, RMF update/process, portal build out (taxonomy, sites, logo), data, tool and user migration, and user implementation (deployment, user communication and training).
Provide development, maintenance, and continuity of operations to keep the PEO-EIS SharePoint Portal and the other PMO Portals operational and provide the users the minimum level of support required. This encompasses technical maintenance, content management support, and user support and training.
Portal services administration, technical troubleshooting and resolution of portal and business tool functionality, baseline content management services, help desk, training/user assistance, annual PII review, and hosting management for the NMCI Continuity of Services Contract (COSC) (and successor and predecessor network) enclave.
Report any unauthorized disclosure of PII to the SPAWAR Privacy Act Coordinator and responsible Government personnel.
Train personnel in use of the PEO-EIS Portal and the other program office’s Portals/SharePoint including new user portal training. Maintenance of online help documentation, maintenance of user documentation, and business tool training.
Act as liaison to PEO-EIS and SPAWAR Navy networks personnel regarding networks issues, including note taking in teleconferences.
Act as Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) for Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) or equivalent operational issues. The ACTR is responsible for entering and tracking all NMCI equipment in the required specified database, tracking phones with facilities, assisting the Government in ordering approved equipment and/or services, and ensuring that all transferring or departing Government employees or Contractors turn-in all assigned NMCI/phone equipment prior to departure.
Provide status reports to the PEO-EIS Chief of Staff or equivalent.
Attend meetings as required and complete all mandated ACTR training.
Coordinate, prepare, integrate, and modify scheduling activities in accordance with program requirements.
Develop and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program's and/or project's SMP.
Develop mitigation plans.
Address data call responses and update inputs.
