Position Summary

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide Logistics Management support for our program. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work remote and on-site at the government facilities, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed. This position is located in San Diego, CA.


Work Location: This position is located on-site at NAVWAR, Old Town Campus in San Diego, CA.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday providing support services at the Client's site.


Active Secret Clearance Required:

An active clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of applicable experience pertaining to Logistics Management within a program management office.

  • Bachelor’s degree with Navy Logistics Management experience preferred.

  • This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the government client site in San Diego, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed.

  • An active security clearance is required for this role.


Key Roles and Responsibilities: To provide logistics management support for ILS efforts resulting in the successful accomplishment of mission requirements. A successful candidate will provide logistics management support resulting in the successful accomplishment of mission requirements.


Examples of support functions include the following:

  • Track fielded LHA ILS products and GFE to ensure products are delivered in accordance with C4I product providers' POA&Ms and Fielded Checklists

  • Review installation schedules in the designated government system

  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. system commands, system centers, fleet customers, PEOs, etc.) to resolve ILS issues that may impact Surface Ships

  • Provide guidance related to ILS for the Government

  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) such as reviewing and validating ILS Checklists (submitted by C4I system providers) before distributing them to stakeholders outside of PMW 760

  • Coordinate ILS management functions for the Government

  • Provide technical comments, questions, and recommendations in ILS meetings such as Logistics Readiness Reviews (LRRs), ILS Management Team (ILSMT) meetings, Program Reviews, and ILS Government Lead teleconferences

  • Prepare, update, and maintain logistics documentation such as Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSPs), User Logistics Support Summaries (ULSSs), and ILS certification packages, Logistics Requirements Funding Summaries (LRFSs), and other briefs and reports

  • Prepare, update, and review SOPs and lessons learned

  • Provide comments, questions, and recommendations related to ILS for topics such as supply support, maintenance, training, and ILS certification

  • Manage the logistics database on Government approved systems such as Joint Electronics Type Designation Automated System (JETDAS), Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS), and Naval System Data Support Activity/Technical Data Management Information System (NSDSA/TDMIS)

  • Provide logistics management support for training efforts resulting in the successful accomplishment of mission requirements. Examples of support functions include the following:

  • Provide guidance related to training for the Government

  • Coordinate training management functions for the Government to provide training solutions

  • Provide comments, questions, and recommendations related to training in meetings

  • Prepare, update, and maintain training documentation such as Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSPs), Training Planning Process Methodologies (TRPPMs), Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) analyses and plans, Front End Analyses (FEAs), Training Situational Requirements Analyses (TSRAs), and other briefs and reports

  • Prepare and maintain training documentation using the Government’s designated system (e.g. Human Analysis and Requirements Planning System (HARPS))

  • Identify and evaluate the status and effectiveness of current POR product line training products and course conduct for C4I Fielded Systems

  • Coordinate with stakeholders such as C4I builds & baselines manager(s) to identify capability builds and their respective equipment product line variants/versions

  • Identify and propose potential end-to-end (E2E) C4I Capabilities-based training solutions

  • Collaborate with stakeholder organizations such as PEO/PMW C4I PORs, NAVWAR 4.3.4, and APEO-L/Deputy APEO-L to focus training strategies on effective overarching C4I capability “builds/ streams” (i.e., Networks & Applications, Tactical Data Links (TDLs), Transport/ Communications and ISR) in addition to or instead of existing stand-alone system training

  • Identify requirements and resources such as funding, manpower, material, facilities, equipment, virtualization, and services to support training requirements

  • Ensure the training curriculum quality and the “Ready for Training date” are in accordance with schedules

  • Coordinate proposed E2E/Capability-based training solutions with stakeholders such as product and integration PMWs, PEO C4I, and NAVWAR 4.0/ 4.3.4 for concurrence and authorization

  • Conduct activities such as performing analyses to support the advocacy of proposed E2E C4I Training solutions and Resource Officer POM submissions.

The anticipated salary range for this position falls between $80,000.00 and $90,000.00 annually (USD). Please note that this estimate represents the typical salary range for this role and is just one facet of Titanium Cobra’s comprehensive compensation package for employees.
