OPEN - Integrated Master Scheduler

Key Role:
Assists with and/or performs functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions to: Coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply with a program's and/or project’s requirements.
Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program’s and/or project’s Schedule Management Plan (SMP)
Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and “what-if” schedules as required
Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
Develop and manage a program’s and/or project’s schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholder's effect.
Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.
Perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, and task predecessor/successor networking analyses.
Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)
Experience in program and associated project scheduling for a Government Program Office or equivalent
Required Skills:
Proficient in scheduling and planning
Capable of providing on the job training for other schedulers
Proficient in Microsoft Project and KIDASA Milestones Professional
Proficient in DCMA 14-point assessment tools (e.g. for Project, Deltek Acumen)
Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data mining skills
Excellent oral and written skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
