Position Summary
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team to provide Contracts Management support for the program. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the successful accomplishment of the program's mission requirements. This position requires you to work on-site at the government facilities, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed. This position is located in Washington, D.C.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience providing contracts management services within a program management office.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain an active security clearance.
Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Active Secret Clearance Required:
An active clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

This position requires you to work on-site at the government client site, working closely with colleagues and collaborating effectively with the client as needed.
Responsibilities:
Key Roles & Responsibilities: To provide the contracts management support tasks as outlined, but not limited to, the below:
Assist in the development, review, and/or revision of DOD and Navy pre- and post- award contract documentation.
Provide research and review of regulations, policies, and contract and solicitation documents to prepare and present synopses of these documents.
Assist in contract administration and acquisition support of contracting tasks. Typical contracting, administration, and acquisition support functions that the Contractor shall perform include:
Assist the Government in reviewing contract deliverables to ensure they are compliant and complete.
Assistance with preparing and processing contract modifications, change orders, and Equipment/Engineering Change Proposal actions.
Create, update, and maintain all contract publications, including User Guides, Contract Management Plans, and tools.
Performing activities in support of contract closeouts, to include tracking submission and preparation of acceptance documents.
Provide support to the Program Office in the preparation, revision, and review of contracting briefing materials, demonstrations, and related audio/visual requirements, including but not limited to Procurement Planning Conferences, Acquisition Training modules, Contractor debriefs, contract event meeting minutes, and other contract administration briefing materials.
To provide administrative and technical support necessary to prepare briefing materials in addition to providing the brief if required.
Provide support to the contract management team in the execution of various ongoing mission support activities.
Management and review of program requirements; reviews of acquisition schedules and milestones; coordination and preparation of contracting packages including briefing compilation, and analysis as required to prepare for Government contracts.

Provide general support, including:
Ensure contracting packages are prepared and complete for contracting officer signature.
Facilitate contract preparations and meetings; Collect, organize and prepare contracting documentation and materials.
Coordinate schedules and assist with all major acquisition event scheduling.
Ensure acquisition schedules are maintained and forecasted
Assist the Government personnel as required to complete assigned efforts and tasks.
Make hard copies of documents, briefings, and other materials as required.
Maintain and track action items/tasking as assigned
File briefings and documents electronically on the portal and hard copies as required.
Review contracting material and provide analysis/recommendations as requested by the Government.
Maintain a daily spreadsheet of ordering data and data calls.
Track and analyze seat orders and funding to assess contract minimums.
Relevant Experience:
Coordinate, prepare, integrate, and modify scheduling activities in accordance with program requirements.
Develop and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program's and/or project's SMP.
Develop mitigation plans.
Track/report progress.
Address data call responses and update inputs.
