Personnel Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 7-8 years of relevant work experience
Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
Experience preparing and delivering communication (e.g. briefings, e-mails, and memos) to Senior Executive members
Specialized project management experience supporting NAVWAR
Project management support experience delivering C4I Capabilities to US Navy and United States Coast Guard New Construction Platforms
Job Requirements:
Report directly to the CEO and responsible for the development a strategic business plan for identification, pursuit, and win of prime and subcontracted Government contract opportunities.
Market and leverage existing Contract Vehicles in the pursuit to new business, including DOD contracting vehicles.
Lead proposal efforts in response to Government Market Research (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), technical writing, gate reviews, data calls, and proposal collateral material.
Develop contact/company lists and associated databases to archive, manage, and analyze proprietary business development information and artifacts.
Create and prioritize the organization’s Strategic Goals, identify actionable requirements, and create of long-term value for the organization from customers, markets, and relationships.
Understand the prospective customer’s procurement process, proposal evaluation methodology, governing regulations, standards, and laws to create an inherent advantage over competitors.
Development of Corporate brand marketing -- Corporate Capabilities.
Identify contract/task opportunities for capture, assists in the capture planning, solution implementation, and customer interface/support through the sales cycle.
Develop and implement annual budgetary targets associated with pipeline development.
