Refunds and Cancellations Policy
Refunds may be applied for cancellations up to ten (10) days prior to any course or seminar start date, without penalty with proper notification to our training team at email@example.com. Follow up phone message is also highly encouraged at 1-855-842-8663.
Refunds may be applied for cancellations up to five (5) days prior to any course or seminar start date, with a 20% service fee imposed with proper notification to our training team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Follow up phone message is also highly encouraged at 1-855-842-8663.
No refunds will be processed for cancellations of two (2) days or less or for student no shows.
Courses or workshops cancelled by Titanium Cobra Solutions will be refunded for the amount of purchase or amount not completed for long-term training programs. In lieu of a refund, students may also request to reschedule for the next available class.
If a student is disruptive, Titanium Cobra Solutions reserves the right to remove the student from the course at any time, without providing any refund. In the event a refund is provided, tuition fees will be refunded by either, at Titanium Cobra Solutions sole discretion, a credit issued to the student's credit card or a check mailed to the student's billing address within fourteen (14) calendar days after the request is approved. Books shipped to students are non-refundable.
